I am currently working with a large residential developer who operate in the Basingstoke and the surrounding areas, they are currently looking for a customer service manager to join them
Day to day duties:
- Dealing with customer complaints and ensuring they are resolved
- Reporting into the Head of Customer Service
- Carrying out inspections and reporting defects
- Dealing with subcontractors and Trades
- Keeping customers up to date with time scales of the complaints
- Liaising daily with the the rest of the customer service teams
- Instructing maintenance technicians
- Conducting home demonstrations to customers
- Inspection prior to the customer moving in
- Instruct Subcontractors/Trades as required
In order to be considered for this role you will need direct defect experience within housing ideally within Management
