About Our Client:

Our client is a dynamic and friendly organisation in the construction industry. Known for their outstanding customer service, they are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Basingstoke.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming phone calls from customers, addressing inquiries and providing assistance
  • Proactively chase contracts and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
  • Monitor and respond to customer emails promptly and professionally
  • Update customer information and maintain accurate records in the system
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless customer service experience

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and MS Office suite
