As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first port of call for any after-sales inquiries, complaints, and general calls that come into the automotive company.The Customer Service Advisor role will be based in Basingstoke full-time.Some of the main duties of the Customer Service Advisor role will include:
- Manage outbound/inbound calls promptly, efficiently, and professionally.
- Price or service inquiries
- Customer service queries and complaints
- Telemarketing campaigns
- Participate in projects as and when required or directed by management.
