On-going Temp Contract, 6 months+

We are looking for an enthusiastic and pro-active customer service professional to work as part of a team within a busy but fun environment!

Responsibilities:

Order Management
Ensure precise execution of daily tasks within tight deadlines.
Provide swift and thorough responses to customer enquiries.
Take charge of problem resolution in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate customer databases and handle general administrative duties.
Collaborate with sales efforts through proactive customer engagement.
Participate in meetings and conference calls.
Flexibility to assist with various departmental tasks as needed.

Skills and qualifications:

Adaptable to learning new systems quickly.
Excellent communication skills across all channels.
Preferably, two year's experience in B2B customer service within manufacturing or distribution.
Proficient in IT, Numeracy and Literacy.
Strong team player with prioritisation abilities.
Attention to detail and willingness to tackle challenges head-on.
