Drive HGV is a nationwide provider of HGV (heavy goods vehicle) training services to people looking to become an HGV driver, we help them through the multiple steps required to learn and train. We are rapidly expanding as a small family business and are looking for driven and ambitious sales staff to join our team. Located in the heart of Basingstoke, a mere minutes walk from the train station, our head office is the central point of all operations.

Our ethos revolves around not just teaching, but inspiring our customers through every step of their HGV training journey. With several training centres across the UK, our footprint in the HGV training realm is ever-increasing.

**The Opportunity:**

We are searching for a Sales Advisor whose energy and drive will propel our sales to new heights. This full-time role based in Basingstoke offers not just a job, but a career path with immense growth potential as our business continues to scale rapidly. Your role will be pivotal in contacting warm leads that have enquired on our website or via phone who are interested in purchasing one of our HGV driver training packages, you will advise them on the steps involved (training provided to you), the benefits, costs, all while building an ongoing rapport with them, leveraging your passion and motivation to exceed sales targets.

**What We Offer:**

- A basic salary of £23k per annum

- A lucrative commission structure, we believe in sharing success and reward hard work with driven and successful sales staff able to earn excess of £50-£80k per anumm once proficient and on target

- No need for prior HGV knowledge; we provide full training on our offerings

- Whilst experience in sales is always great, we care more about the person we are hiring and your motivations, we don't require sales experience but be prepared to demonstrate why you would excel in the role and what you'll bring personally

Base Pay: £23,000.00, with monthly commissions up to £80,000.00 per year
