A successful and growing, multinational tech company is looking for an inquisitive and curious Finance Business Partner to join them in a newly created role. This is a key role which will see you support a successful business division in providing analysis and be the central Business Partner for new projects related to the wider commercial team and finance.Finance Business Partner - The Role
- Building and developing relationships with the top Management team to ensure a strong connection between financial needs and business strategy within HQÂ
- Advise partners within and providing information to maximise the Company’s results and optimise effectiveness of the budget
- Leads European projects with financial scope
- Preparing and publishing timely month-end results, including Quarterly Business Review deck both internally and externally
- Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and forecasts for the business division
- Partnering with business leaders to identify action plans for continuous improvement of margins
- Assist the HR & FIN community to ensure the respect of the HC and payroll guidelines, including vendor funded HC.
- Be the trusted and reliable finance advisor for business areas of responsibility, providing expert advice for vendor onboarding and new contracts.
- Supporting client teams in getting senior leadership approval for new programmes by preparing financial presentations and responding to requests timely
Finance Business Partner – Experience Required
- Either studying towards or qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
- Evidence of either business partnering or FP&A experience
- Inquisitive and curiousÂ
- Analytical and able to focus complex numbers into meaningful analysisÂ
- Strong people skills - willing to speak up and be heard by senior stakeholdersÂ
Finance Business Partner - The Package:Â
- Salary up to £45,500
- 10% bonus
