We are looking for a dynamic administrator to join our clients very busy office in Basingstoke.

Working 5 days per week (which will include some weekends on a rota) and on a shift pattern of either 6.30am - 3.30pm or 9.00am - 6.00pm or 12.00pm - 9.00pm

Main Duties Include:

Answering the telephone
Booking deliveries with customers
Dealing with drivers

Ideal applicants will have an excellent, calm telephone manner, experience of using Microsoft packages and able to work at pace.
