Holding high level of clearance is highly advantageous.

Onsite 5 days a week - Basingstoke

We have a number of key opportunities for a Service Desk Architect to work a number of key delivery programmes of new service desk systems.

Due to the nature of the work and sensitivity - you will need to hold current and valid high level of clearance.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Working with stakeholders to analyse requirements, negotiate and bring consensus
  • Working with business IT infrastructures and the Service Desks required to manage them efficiently, particularly CA Service Desk.
  • Working with sensitive systems in secure environments
  • Taking the lead in designing and deploying new Service Desks and the necessary integrations between the desk and other management tools to create a working system
  • Planning the work for a team to build, test and roll out a new service desk
  • Creating cost models or budgets for build and deployment of new service desks
  • Creating bid proposals for new contracts
