• Ability to manage and develop an IT sales team • Successfully Train and performance manage teams • Have previously met and exceeded targets set • A proven strong sales leadership background• Build and execute on a strategy for growth across UK• Develop and drive increase revenue through client acquisition and across the UK • Coach and Mentor and the Sales team and technical account managers• Experience in recruiting, developing and growing sales teams in IT • Knowledge of the SMB/SME & Enterprise Markets• Understanding of IT Infrastructure
