Our client is a forward thinking, highly regarded law firm seeking additional support within their Private Client team in Basingstoke
The role is varied and interesting and will encompass providing support on matters relating to Wills, Trusts and Probate. Duties will include:
- Accurate audio typing of various correspondence and documents
- Answering telephone calls and liaising with clients
- Management of email correspondence, answering queries where possible and referring more complex matters to relevant fee earners
- Opening files, providing quotes
- Scanning, photocopying and filing
- Assisting with general compliance and other administrative tasks as required
