Are you an experienced Site Manager seeking a new and exciting opportunity? Fawkes & Reece are working on behalf of well respected, family owned company that provides construction services across the UK and Ireland. This contractor focuses on health care, hotels, commercial, student accommodation, fit out and education construction projects worth circa 45million.
As the Site Manager you will be working on;
- a commercial refurbishment project
- focusing on driving the project through to delivery during the finishes stages
Requirements for the role
- Proven experience with similar projects i.e. health care, commercial, student accommodation, education projects
- Has worked on projects of a similar scale i.e. in excess of 20million.
- Can drive a project through keeping to programme, ensuring quality, health & safety
- build a strong team and be able to deliver a project
