Great opportunity for an experienced Plumber to join a well established local business who possess over 50 years experience and provide a range of plumbing and heating services, installation, maintenance and refurbishment.Â
Typical duties include -Â
- Installing, maintaining and repairing pipe including joins, valves, drains and fixtures in all types of structures
- Installing and repairing sanitary ware, taps, showers and baths
- Coordinating with other trades where appropriate
- Understanding and following building plans
- Following current rules and regulations related to plumbing to ensure that systems pass inspection for the first time
- Keeping and maintaining records of time spent on a job and materials purchased for the work
- Preparing budgets and estimating costs to bid on potential work
- Responding to plumbing emergencies, determining the issue and making a repair
- Performing regular maintenance of plumbing systems to prevent emergencies
You will need to be a qualified Plumber who takes pride in their work and strives for customer satisfaction.
