Day-to-day of the role:- Manage and reconcile service charge budgets for homes.
- Produce compliant service charge statements and resolve customer queries.
- Analyse data to identify trends and correct discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is audit-ready.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance processes and improve efficiency.
- Proficient in Excel with high attention to detail.
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within housing.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to handle complex information.
