Do you have fantastic interpersonal skills and looking to develop your skillset in a fast-paced and ambitious organisation?Juice is delighted to be supporting a leading property management company based in Bath, with their search for a Maintenance Coordinator to join their team. This role will see you providing a high level of customer service and administrative support to customers, third parties, and internal teams.This could suit someone who has experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, and administration.We are seeking someone with a positive and proactive approach and who demonstrates a passion for the property industry.DAY TO DAY:

  • Manage health, safety, and welfare matters, liaising with third parties.
  • Carry out compliance and fire safety checks.
  • Coordinate maintenance ensuring it adheres to company processes.
  • Have input in cost management, ensuring the portfolio is falling in line with budget.
  • Responsible for routine maintenance services.
  • Compiling and managing all property data within the portfolio.
  • Liaise with contractors.
  • Ad-hoc administration duties to support the wider team.

  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload.
  • IT literate and proficient use of Microsoft packages.
