Service Desk Analyst/1st & 2nd line support

Up to £225 per day
Based in Bath, 5 days per week in the office, onsite parking available
Working for one of the biggest employers in the area, our client is now looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join their team. This team are responsible for supporting IT in the business, providing help and advice in person, via telephone and remote support as well as through their ticket management system.
The successful candidate will have:
- a familiarity with authenticator apps - Microsoft Authenticator specifically for MFA.
- Experience with Office 365 (OneDrive, Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint - using not administering) - Login / credential / access issues with these services.
- You will provide support to Windows, Mac, Android and iOS too.
You will
- help users Office 365 issues (phones and laptops, authenticator app, OneDrive and Teams etc.)
- help with users on the phone and in-person checking credentials and MFA after verifying identity, password resets, WiFi issues on their personal devices, Office 365 queries.
- general support with desk set-ups, fault finding, software installs, printing troubleshooting and so on.
- to provide one to one support to users whilst they implement their BYOD policy. Anyone with demonstrable experience of supporting a BYOD implementation would be desirable.
