About the role – As a Marketing Manager, you will be involved at helping take this charity’s visibility to the next level to reach their ambition of helping a further 10,000 people at risk people over the next 5 years. This is a newly created role where you will support other personnel such as the Fundraising Manager, Sales personnel and Recruiters with creative and strategic marketing support geared at raising the charities profile. Duties will include working with PR, with social media, and the website to develop strategies and campaigns. Manage a small team and delegate tasks, improving existing channels of communication to reach audiences using e-comms with targeted content. Working with Directors to ensure brand continuity and effectiveness.
About you – We are looking for an innovative Marketing and Communications Manager to build the brand who has a track record in managing strategies, can create and deliver content using multimedia platforms, a good team manager, knowledge of SEO and digital marketing tactics, creative thinker, can analyse data, excellent communicator with ideally a charity or social care background but not essential.
