REED Marketing & Creative are pleased to be partnering with a key client based on the outskirts of Bath who are seeking a Campaign Executive to join their Client Services team.  This role involves managing all aspects of campaign delivery for allocated clients within a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client-facing roles, project management, and digital marketing expertise.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Collaborate with the sales team on proposals and recommendations for clients, from onboarding to campaign and content design and delivery.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure all campaign deliverables are met efficiently and within set timeframes.
  • Provide ongoing, exquisite client-facing customer service through regular calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Design and deliver a range of campaigns on behalf of clients, including content creation, email marketing, webinars, online events, and more.
  • Regularly review campaign performance against expectations and work with sales, editorial, and production teams to improve results or communicate successes.
  • Maintain awareness of and accountability for contributing to the team’s revenue targets.
  • Use project management tools, CRM, and AI tools to coordinate, communicate, design, and deliver campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a campaign focused role with strong client relationship management skills
  • Industry experience ideally gained within services, marketing, software, or publishing
  • Strong project management, account management and/or coordination skills.
  • Passion for collaboration and teamwork, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple concurrent projects and tasks.
  • Tech-savvy, quick to learn new digital tools and systems, good analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Experience using CRM and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Monday.com, or Salesforce is desirable.
