The Construction Project Manager Role

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Employ creative and proactive problem-solving skills to overcome project challenges.

The Construction Project Manager

Holds a degree in Construction Project Management or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in the principles of project management within the construction industry.
Professional chartership is highly regarded but not essential, reflecting a commitment to professional development and excellence.
Brings substantial consultancy experience, particularly within the Hotels, Hospitality, Education, or Heritage sectors, showcasing the ability to manage diverse project requirements.
Exhibits a proactive and creative approach to project management, coupled with a friendly and down-to-earth character, enabling effective teamwork and client relations.
