Grounds Maintenance Operative

We are currently hiring for a Grounds Maintenance Operative for our large client in Bath. This role is due to start at the end of ASAP and run until August 2024. The purpose of this role is to undertake a wide range of horticulture and grounds maintenance duties.

Job Description: -

• Carry out all aspects of amenity horticulture throughout all parks and green open spaces.
• Weeding, grass cutting, clearing of litter and ensuring areas are clean and tidy.
• To act on own initiative and work unsupervised at times.

Candidate: -

• Proven experience in general amenity horticulture.
• Knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety in the workplace.
• Ability to carry out aspects of landscaping.
• Essential to have a drivers license and be comfortable driving a 3.5t van.
• Own PPE essential - work safety boots, hi-vis & gloves.

Shift Time: -

• Monday to Friday 07:30am until 15:30pm
• 37 hrs a week.
