We are delighted to be working with this client, based in Bath, who are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their team on a permanent basis.

What will you be doing?

Booking and attending property viewings.
Building strong professional relationships with stakeholders.
Delivering a high standard of customer care.
Negotiating and preparing offers.
Responding to enquiries, both in person and via phone and email.
Managing own diary.
Cultivating opportunities to drive company success.

So who are we looking for?
With previous experience in a customer-facing sales role, the Sales Negotiator will have strong customer service and communication skills. You will be able to work to a high degree of professionalism, liaising with a range of stakeholders to manage processes and ensure an excellent standard of service delivery. You will have an organised and proactive approach. A full UK driving licence is required in order to travel as part of the role.

Salary:
Dependant on Experience.

Hours:
9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday (contracted to 6pm if necessary).
