Mbf are currently seeking to recruit an Employee Benefits Administrator to join our respected client. The client we are working with have an outstanding reputation, they have offices across the UK with an excellent presence in the South West of England. The employee benefits division makes up part of a much larger & very successful business.

Position Overview:We are currently seeking an Entry Level Employee Benefits Administrator who will join our clients busy employee benefits department. This is an outstanding opportunity for individuals who are eager to kick-start their career in the field of employee benefits. No prior experience within employee benefits is required - just a passion for learning and a strong work ethic.

Key responsibilities:

  • Point of contact for all incoming calls and emails from clients, product providers and consultants.
  • Responding to internal/external requests via email and phone in a prompt and efficient manner, keeping all parties informed of progress as appropriate.
  • Working with the entire Employee Benefits team to ensure that all clients receive excellent service at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee benefits.

Requirements:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience working in an administration role
  • Experience of delivering accurate, relevant and timely information
