- Collaborating closely with the catering manager to ensure that menu meals are prepared and delivered to the required standard
- Assisting in maintaining the overall efficiency of kitchen operations
- Being involved in ad-hoc duties given by the catering manager
- Contributing to the cleanliness and organisation of various areas within the kitchen, including tea points, dining areas, the main kitchen, pantry, and storage spaces
- Following strict hygiene practices while preparing food
- Assisting in setting up stations, plating meals, and ensuring timely service to diners
- Monitoring stock levels, replenishing supplies, and organising storage areas efficiently
- 1 year of hospitality or catering experience
- Must have a food hygiene certificate
- Ability to work under pressure, good communication and can work collaboratively
