My client based in central Bath are seeking an Affiliate Marketing Executive to join their dynamic affiliate marketing team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving high-level performance across their B2C marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Head of Affiliate Marketing, you will support the implementation and execution of their Affiliate Marketing Strategy, contributing to multi-million pound global revenue and margin targets.
Day to Day of the Role:- Drive the daily delivery of a comprehensive global affiliate strategy across key markets such as the UK, US, and AU.
- Maintain and nurture network and direct affiliate relationships, seeking out new growth opportunities.
- Provide accurate performance reporting and analysis of marketing campaigns.
- Build strong working relationships with the wider Consumer Marketing, PR, and Online Trading teams to develop integrated plans across key seasonal periods.
- Develop a strong understanding of their product and customer profiles, providing thorough and inspiring briefs for each marketing activity.
- Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience within Affiliate or Digital Marketing.
- Intermediate data analytics skills with proficiency in using spreadsheets to analyse data and spot trends.
- Knowledge of standard and current affiliate industry practices with an eagerness to learn.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop content that aligns with company goals both short and long-term.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise with a wide range of Ecommerce, Affiliate, SEO, PR, and Digital Advertising colleagues.
