Juice is excited to be working with a leading independent property agency based in Bath in their search for a Sales Negotiator to join their friendly team.

We are looking for a professional and positive individual, someone who is organised and has strong communication skills. If you enjoy a fast-paced varied working environment and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service then this could be the role for you. You will have the opportunity to work with a team who holds a wealth of knowledge for the local Bath property market.

DAY TO DAY:

• Dealing with new enquiries over the telephone

• Overseeing the full cycle of a sale

• Responsible for booking and attending viewings

• Registering new customers and managing applicants

• Coordinating meetings with clients to understand their needs

• Sourcing new business opportunities and closing deals

• Administration tasks such as reference checks, tenancy agreements, deposit schemes, and inventory checks

• Administering landlord contracts

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

• Previous experience working in property

• Personable and professional communicator can build rapport

• Strong negotiating abilities

• Fantastic time management and the ability to prioritise workload

• Proficient user of Microsoft Office and Excel

• A full driving license is required

AND FOR YOU:

• Annual salary between £24,000 - £26,000
