We are currently recruiting for a Real Estate Solicitor to join a leading UK Top 100 law firm with offices across the UK. As part of their Real Estate team based in Bath, the role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with demonstrable experience in Real Estate law to work autonomously and collaboratively on a varied caseload of Real Estate matters.

Experience in Real Estate finance, including acting on behalf of lenders and borrowers, is essential. As a key member of the team, exceptional client service, organisation, and the ability to work at pace and meet multiple deadlines are vital.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle a varied caseload in Real Estate finance, acting for lenders and borrowers.
  • Provide expert advice and support to a diverse client base, including institutional, alternative, and private lenders, as well as corporate and private borrowers.
  • Utilise your Real Estate finance expertise gained after qualification, along with experience as a Paralegal or Trainee within a Real Estate team.
  • Collaborate with other fee earners within the Real Estate Team based at different offices.
  • Deliver exceptional client service, maintain client relationships, and generate new business opportunities.
