Support Worker – Learning Disabilities LOCATION: BathDURATION: 2 months +HOURS: 37.5 Mon-Fri 9-5Salary: £13.67 - £14.63 PAYE Incl. £15.22 Umbrella Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? Preferred Requirements: - Experience in providing support to individuals with learning disabilities.
- Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with service users and their families.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic care environment
- Empathy, patience, and a compassionate approach to care
Preferred Qualifications: - NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Certification in First Aid and Moving and Handling
- Background in working within a similar support environment
