Female Outreach Worker
- Full time [37.5 hrs] | Fixed Term Contract until end of March 2025 with potential to become permanentÂ
- Participation in an on-call rota (approx. 1 in every 4 weeks)
- A valid driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Flexibility to work early mornings/evenings and occasional weekends
- Undertake outreach and hot spot visits across the local area
- Carry out risk and needs assessments with identified rough sleepers
- Experience working with vulnerable adults and/or people with complex needs
- Due to the nature of this role we can only accept female applicants
