Key Requirements*Experience as a home manager within an elderly care setting.*Nursing qualification is preferable.*History of achieving and maintaining the high occupancy levels.*Providing the highest standard of care to residents.*Ability to succeed in a positive and hard-working team.*Taking leadership and being proud to be a large influence in the care home.
