We are a West Riding of Yorkshire-based Asbestos removal company that also undertakessurveying, soft stripping and demolition services. We are looking to recruit a compliance manager. The role will include, but is not limited to:

·Keeping our standard documentation up to date & maintaining site documentation.

·Keeping all personnel files up to date and maintaining them

·Maintaining training records and booking operatives in for refresher training at appropriate intervals.

·Maintaining equipment tests, DCU certification etc.

·Assisting with marketing - Website updates, speaking to clients, mailshots etc

·Maintaining accreditations like CHAS, ARCA & constructionline

·Archiving site files, Personal exposure records.

·Maintaining various databases, e.g. personal exposures, training needs analysis, job notifications etc

·Procuring best value consumables from various suppliers.

·Managing and typing up asbestos surveys.

·Managing and liaising with the asbestos removal teams to ensure timely and efficient supply of materials, equipment and plant to sites.

·Maintain records of inventory, performing regular stock checks.

·Assist in producing site documentation.
