PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor in Buckinghamshire.

The organisation is a main building contractor who has an excellent reputation in the construction industry for delivering quality schemes ranging from 500k to 20M in value.

Projects include new build/fit out/refurb.

Job role: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 (DOE)

Duration: Permanent

Location: Buckinghamshire

Assistant Quantity Surveyor responsibilities:

• Liaise with customers and project managers
• Assist with the preparation of project budgets and cost estimates
• Prepare and submit accurate and timely cost reports to commercial team
• Assist with the preparation of tender documents for subcontractors

Knowledge and skills:

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proven experience working in the construction industry, preferably in a quantity surveying role
