JRRL are looking for a Property Manager for both commercial and private residential portfolios in and around the South East London area. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a role that involves setting up processes and managing a portfolio in excess of 100 units, be an excellent and clear communicator with previous experience in a similar capacity.
Responsibilities for the Property Manager:
- Managing current commercial & residential portfolio
- Implementing systems, procedures and control to support the growth
- Dealing with landlord and tenants
- Block management
- Correspond with contractors, utilities & council
- Have and continually update legal knowledge and understanding of relevant Landlord and Tenant Act, Legal Notices
- Manage the end of tenancy process including dilapidations
- Commercial lease renewals
Person Specification for the Property Manager:
- At least one year of experience in Property Management
- Qualified ARLA/NAEA (Level 3 or above)
- Experience managing a portfolio of minimum of 100 units
- Experience setting up systems and processes and managing a team
- Written communication and numerical skills to produce succinct correspondence and reports
- Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel skills
- Highly organised
