Part time Accounts Administrator
Our client is currently looking for a part time Accounts Administrator who is looking to work between 24-32 hours per week or 3-4 days. Due to the location of this role, you must have your own transport.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Processing purchase invoices
- Processing monthly payments
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Inputting delivery notes onto the transport system
- Credit control duties
- Processing customer receipts
- Scanning and filing invoices
- Supplying remittances and statements
- Raising customer invoices
- Dealing with incoming queries from both customers and suppliers
