The Role:
As a Part 2 Architectural Assistant, you will assist in developing design concepts into detailed drawings and plans.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a similar role.
- Possess experience across all RIBA work stages.
- Expertise in detailed architectural design.
- ARB registration or recent graduates with a passion for architecture.
- Familiarity with the UK regulatory environment, including building regulations and CDM.
- Exceptional communication and visualisation skills.
- Skilled in Vectorworks, Twinmotion, and BIM; training available for the right candidate.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Right to work in the UK.
