Position Overview:We are currently seeking a talented Construction Project Manager on behalf of our client, a private healthcare provider, for a long-term freelance contract. As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all aspects of their construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of the construction project, from planning and budgeting to scheduling and execution.

• Monitor construction progress and quality, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations.

Requirements:
