Hours: 1 day in office, 4 days field based (Oxford, Cambridge, Essex, Northampton & London)

Salary: £38,500 basic OTE £80,000 plus company car & fuel card

A fantastic opportunity has now arisen for a Business Development Manager  to join our client’s successful team in Bedford.

About our client:

Our client has been providing top-quality cleaning and support services for over twenty years. They offer a comprehensive range of services, including contract cleaning, washroom and hygiene supplies, waste management, pest control, and grounds maintenance. They  pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and building personal relationships with every client.

About the role:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and creating customized service solutions based on client needs.

What we would like from you:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Knowledge of the cleaning and support services industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Valid driver’s licence & willingness to travel as required
