We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a committed MFL (Modern Foreign Languages) Teacher to join our dynamic educational team. Day-to-day of the role:Plan, prepare, and deliver compelling MFL lessons that engage and challenge students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students are motivated to achieve their best.Assess student progress, provide meaningful feedback, and develop strategies to support individual learning needs.Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve the MFL curriculum, incorporating modern teaching methods and resources.Establish open and effective communication with students, parents, and guardians to support student well-being and academic success.
Required Skills & Qualifications:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a degree in a relevant language or related discipline.Experience in teaching MFL, with a solid understanding of the national curriculum for languages.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students from diverse backgrounds and abilities.A commitment to continuous professional development and a proactive approach to reflective practice.A collaborative spirit, ready to contribute positively to the wider school community.
