Apex Care Homes seeks a HR and Payroll Assistant to support the HR Manager in all areas of Recruitment, Payroll and Staff management across it's 4 Registered Nursing and Care Homes. The role will be predominantly based at the Head Office in Bedford but may require travel to Luton. The candidate should be flexible and familiar with Microsoft Office including Excel and Word, have minute taking and drafting skills and ideally have some knowledge of payroll and HR although further training will be provided.

The role is full time for 40 hours a week, benefits include increased holiday in line with years of service, access to a Health Benefit Scheme and Income Protection Scheme, free parking and company pension.

Annual Salary will range from £25,000 to £28,000 but can vary based on experience, knowledge and ability.
