- Attend clients premises when there is a case of a large or complex loss and provide comprehensive knowledge in regards to their claim and settlement
- Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders including insurers and loss adjusters
- Communicate throughout the clients claims journey and ensure the team are kept up to date with any relevant information
- Provide advice and promote the service on offer within the claims team alongside keeping up to date with any new products or services
- Provide claims reports for the renewal team and attend client meetings
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong working knowledge of general insurance classes
- Cert CII qualified or currently studying for the qualification (desirable)
- Strong technical insurance ability
- Previous experience in working with clients with excellent skills in customer service
- Able to prioritise and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail and efficiency
- £50,000 base salary
- Hybrid working – Minimum 3 days in the Bedford office
