They are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join their team in Bedford.

Role Overview:As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in the property sales process. Your responsibilities will include:

Client Interaction:Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales journey.

Property Valuations:Conducting property valuations and advising clients on pricing strategies.

Viewings and Negotiations:Arranging property viewings, negotiating offers, and ensuring successful sales transactions.

Marketing:Collaborating with the marketing team to promote properties effectively.

Market Knowledge:Staying informed about local property trends and market conditions.

Requirements:

Experience:Previous experience in estate agency or sales negotiation is desirable.

Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Negotiation Skills:Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.

Local Knowledge:Familiarity with the Bedford area and its property market.

Driven and Personable:A proactive and friendly approach to client interactions.Driving license essential
