Salary: £30,000-£45,000

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our dynamic team at a school located in Bedford. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced educator or a newly qualified teacher to contribute to the academic success and personal development of our students.
Key Responsibilities:• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons that inspire and challenge students.• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated to achieve their full potential.• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies to support individual learning needs.• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the English curriculum, incorporating innovative teaching methodologies and resources.• Establish effective communication channels with students, parents, and guardians to promote student welfare and academic progress.
Requirements:• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a degree in English or related field.• Proven experience teaching English at Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, with a strong understanding of the national curriculum.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.• Commitment to continuous professional development and willingness to engage in reflective practice.• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to the wider school community.
