We are looking for a experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our Bedford Primary Schools for the summer term with potential to extend to September.
We will require the ideal candidate to drive due to the village location.
The candidate will also need:
- DBS on the update service
- 6 months minimum experience in a SEN setting
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of special educational needs
- Relationship building qualities
The main responsibities of this role:
- Provide extra support to the child with their classwork
- Provide emotional and verbal support
- Practice various activites to increase their learning levels
- feedback to the classroom teacher and parents
