About the Schools:

Situated across Bedfordshire, this outstanding Multi Academy Trust is expanding annually based on its exceptional performance. The schools cater to students aged 3 to 19 facing various behavioural issues. With small class sizes (maximum of 4 students per group), individualised support is provided. Success for these students includes reintegrating into mainstream schooling, achieving strong exam passes, or pursuing work-based placements. Teachers in these schools come from diverse backgrounds, sharing a passion for helping students rediscover or develop a love for learning.

Role Requirements - SEN Teachers:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or unqualified Teacher with a master's level qualification from any background (Primary, Secondary, or SEN).
  • No prior SEN/AP School experience required - comprehensive training and support provided.
  • Flexible teaching approach - most teachers cover a range of subjects.
  • Desire to work with disaffected students facing various behavioral issues.
  • Comfortable working in small class settings with the support of an experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA).
