5:00am to 1:00pm & 6:00pm to 2:30am, Monday to Friday

From 21st May Onwards - Temp to Perm

Morning Shift - £14ph & Evening Shift - £14.20ph

We are working with an industry leading distribution company based in Bedford, and we're currently seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Dispatch Operatives. As a Dispatch Operative, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely dispatch of goods to customers, utilising your expertise with LLOP (Low Level Order Picker) equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating LLOP equipment to pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately.
• Loading goods onto delivery vehicles in accordance with dispatch schedules.
• Performing quality checks on outgoing orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Utilising warehouse management systems to track inventory and update order status.
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily dispatch targets and deadlines.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean work environment.

Requirements:

• Valid LLOP licence and experience operating LLOP equipment is essential.
• Previous experience in a dispatch or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as required.
