Berkeley Scott are partnered with an independent manor house hotel in the beautiful Warwickshire countryside to help them find a Sous Chef to join their kitchen team. You will be cooking to a high standard and assisting with the running of the kitchen.

Your new role as our Sous chef:
- Prepare and serve high quality food
- Collaborate with Head Chef on menu development and kitchen management
- Training and mentoring kitchen brigade
- Support with health and safety and ensuring high standards of cleanliness
What we ask of you:
- Must have real passion for cooking and providing the highest quality of food
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef, or experienced Junior Sous looking to step up
- Experience in a similar standard property
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
