Accounts Payable Assistant – South Belfast
SALARY: £12.00 - £13.00 an hour
EMPLOYMENT: Full-time or part-time (4-day week), temporary (2-3 months), site based.
Reed Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be working with a well-established client in South Belfast who are actively recruiting for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their finance team on a temporary basis.
Main Responsibilities:
- Invoice processing,
- Paying suppliers,
- Nominal reconciliations,
- Cash book management,
- Purchase Ledger Management
- Month-end journal reports
What you’ll need to succeed:
- At least 2 years’ experience in invoice processing
- An excellent working knowledge of MS Excel and good reporting skills
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous experience using accounting software.
