HR GO Recruitment are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Customer Service Advisor to join one of the financial services companies based in Belfast.

General Duties of Customer Service Advisor:
- Handling investors queries via telephone and email
- Resolving investors queries by showing empathy and willingness to support
- Type emails to clients/investors
- Accurately update data onto the inhouse system
General Requirements of Customer Service Advisor:
- Previous experience working in similar role
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Accuracy and keen eye for detail
- General Administration skills
- Financial services background would be beneficial, but not essential
