We are recruiting for a Financial advice Administrator to join an established business within our network with offices based in Belfast. Founded in 2012, they have build a large bank of clients, across the UK and go above and beyond, aiming to ensure they are financially prepared to manage every scenario that may arise. The goal is to create lasting relationships built on trust and longevity at whatever life stage you are at.

They are in need of an experienced Financial Advice administrator to join their team to grow with their next stage in development.

Roles and responsibilities would include but are not limited to.

  • Preparing documentation for client appointments and meetings, including the production of meeting packs.
  • Liaising with external providers to obtain policy information.
  • Assisting with the processing of New Business.
  • Sending prepared investment information and reports to clients.
  • Ensuring all data entry is completed accurately and within specified timelines.
  • Taking ownership and accountability for administration including ensuring the maintenance of correct client records.
  • Co-ordinating advisers’ diaries.
  • Maintaining a high level of client communication and service

The ideal candidate would have an interest in progressing a career in Financial Services, they are seeking a proactive individual who can adapt in dynamic environment. Some of the skills required are as follows

  • Proven organisational and time-management skills.
  • A basic understanding of financial products (ISA, Pensions etc).
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required.

This is role perfect for someone who's end goal is to become an adviser. Here would will be supported and encouraged to flourish and grow
