Title: Payroll ManagerSalary: £45,000Location: Hybrid in BelfastContract: Permanent Are you an experienced payroll professional looking for a challenging and dynamic role? We are seeking a motivated Payroll Manager to a team in Belfast, overseeing payroll operations for clients across the UK and Republic of Ireland. Key Responsibilities: - Spearhead project management for client onboarding, covering implementations, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Monitor team performance, analysing resource usage to exceed department and firm budgets.
- Provide escalated challenge resolution support to clients and our Payroll & Employment Tax team.
- Ensure accurate technical guidance aligned with client needs and contribute to strategic planning and technology adoption.
- Conduct advanced technical research and communicate insights effectively in client meetings or in writing.
Experience and Skills: - Experience working in a similar role.
- Experience working with a portfolio of clients.
- Leaderships skills.
- Strong systems knowledge including implementation.
