Join Our NHS Team as an ICT Service Desk Assistant - Band 3

We're looking for a proactive, customer-focused ICT Service Desk Assistant to join our growing digital team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of keeping our systems running smoothly so our front-line healthcare professionals can deliver the best possible patient care.

? Location: Ulster Hospital, Dundonald
? Salary: Band 3 - 12.31 per hour
? Hours: Monday to Friday 9 until 5pm

What You'll Do:

  • Support the ICT Service Desk Manager in delivering the Trust's ICT Strategy and annual work programmes
  • Log, assign, and track all incoming ICT Incidents, Service Requests, and Information Requests
  • Take ownership of calls from start to resolution, ensuring timely updates and excellent communication with users
  • Provide 1st line remote technical support for our hardware, software, and network infrastructure - following best practice standards
  • Give clear, friendly feedback to users about the status of their requests
  • Assist with the administration of the ICT Service Desk, including processing request forms
