The role is full time Monday to Friday and temporary for 3-6 months
Our client is not for profit organisation and supporting their clients for over 45 years and have supported over 32000 people with a solution to suit their needs
In you new role as a Customer Advisor you will work in a fast pace environment and be required to
retain large volumes of information accurately, adapt quickly to change and feel confident with the digital transformation of processes.
You are a good fit for this role if you are very customer focused, can work well within a team, has great communications skills and can really engage with our customers delivering information and guidance
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years experience of working in a customer centre's environment, delivering customer service excellence, to include phone contact, face to face contact, through digital channels and offering single point of contact resolution
Educated to Level standard or higher (or equivalent) GCSE (or equivalent) Math and English (at grades A- C
(Without qualification) A minimum of 4 years experience of working in a customer centre environment, delivering customer service excellence, to include phone contact, face to face contact, through digital channels and offering single point of contact resolution
In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of 17.16 per hour, paid on a weekly basis
